Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is from 3:00pm on the day of arrival.
Early check-in between 10:00am and 3:00pm may be available by prior arrangement at additional cost and subject to availability.
Check-out time is by 9:30am on the final day of boarding.
Late check-out up to 2:30pm may be available by prior arrangement at additional cost and subject to availability.
These arrangements help maintain a calm, structured environment and avoid unnecessary disruption to existing boarding routines
Payments & Terms
We aim to make booking and payments as simple and convenient as possible.
1 night bookings including trial nights - balance due on booking.
2 or more nights boarding - 25% deposit on booking and balance payable 2 weeks prior to boarding.
We accept debit / credit card and bank transfers.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking start date: Forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellations made between 7-14 days of the booking: 50% of the booking value.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking: 100% of the booking value.
